Noble Poker is a very nice looking poker room that's new on the block.
For those of you familiar with True Poker - the table interface is similar, with fully animated characters, and a bright, detailed environment. Thankfully, it plays much faster.
The software looks and runs great, but since they haven't been around very long there isn't a very large player base quite yet.
If you're playing mostly low limit Texas Hold'em, or just want to play for free, it's a fun room to check out and good for new players; thanks to intuitive software with lots of free players to practice with.

All games are available in no limit, pot limit and regular limit varieties, but there aren't any high limit tables at the moment. There are notably no stud games as well, neither 7 or 5 card.
