WPT/DCI Negotiations Update

Los Angeles, CA (Sept. 29, 2005)Â WPT Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: WPTE) has confirmed that a cable television network has withdrawn a previous offer to acquire the broadcast rights to the Professional Poker Tour (”PPT”). WPTE is currently negotiating with The Travel Channel, LLC (Travel) to reach an agreement under which Travel would broadcast the PPT series.

Jennifer Tilley Wins WPT Ladies Night III To Capture Back-To-Back Titles

Los Angeles CA (Sept. 2, 2005) Jennifer Tilly jumped up from the table after winning the WORLD POKER TOUR® Ladies Night III™ tournament last night at the Bicycle Casino in California, saying that her win was convincing evidence that her victory in the World Series Ladies tournament in July was “no fluke.”

World Poker Tour Changes Logo Policy

WORLD POKER TOUR® and the Travel Channel have reached an agreement to allow poker players to wear their sponsor logos in both preliminary rounds and final tables of the televised WPT series. The size, placement and content of the logos must comply with specific guidelines available online at www.worldpokertour.com/rules.
